I downloaded a voice and installed it and now i want to go back to the original one, ive tried restoring factory settings and it wont go away.

use a digital camera cord to connect the thing to your computer's USB port. Then you have to browse the folders on the GPS unit (use "explore" on windows). Find the file for the voice you don't like, and delete that file.

I tested the nuvi 1450 demo and it had Mandarin Chinese voice on it, but after buying the 1450 for myself it doesn't have it. Any way I can add the Chinese voice or where can I get it?

Yes, you can add the Mandarin Chinese voice to your nuvi 1450. Search online for "Garmin Webupdater" which is Garmin's desktop tool for nuvi updates. Download and run the updater, then when it's finished it will say "Check for additional

With the last releases of navigational devices, they almost look the same and perhaps their main differences being the fold-out or integrated antenna and a big or small displays and I think that these are just very minor things that you would find in these devices. The competition between the smartphone space, the bigwigs at TomTom and Garming is really becoming intense like who is capable to produce a very innovative device for their clients. The garmin nuvi 3790t is another model of the 3700 series made by Garmin and there have been a lot of added features which makes this unit a very good improvement over the earlier Garmin devices that they offered to society. With its thin housing measuring under nine millimeters in thickness, it gives a superior exterior design for this unit while not compromising the amount of technology the customer gets and this is also very similar to the iPhone because it is thin, and has touch screen offerings. I really like the 4.3 inches WVGA multitouch display because it gets map views in impressive color and with the four ounces of weight, it is never a problem carrying it around as you travel.
