I have a Nuvi 350 with a 16Gb SDHC filled with over 15Gb of MP3s and it reads the card fine.
If it reads 16Gb, it should be able to read up to 32Gb.

I called the Garmin support line and they sent me an update CD but now whenever I try to copy the new maps to my GPS it says there isn't enough room.

Installé avec le système de fixation d’origine de l’Oregon équipé de serre-câble en plastique, j’avais un peu peur de perdre l’engin au premier saut ou bosse un peu corsé. Mais non le système a tenu. On lui préférera néanmoins une bonne attache Ram-Mount qui propose des berceaux adaptés à chaque GPS du marché, le must étant Touratech mais un peu plus cher.
L’Oregon est un bon GPS d’extérieur, dit « outdoor » mais très peu lisible en plein soleil ce qui peut être dangereux sur une moto lancé sur les chemins si l’on s’attarde trop à chercher la trace sur l’écran. C’est dommage car à part ce détail rédhibitoire -de mon point de vue- l’interface est claire, la navigation aisée et les larges zones tactiles de l’écran (320x240 pixels) résistif de 3 pouces sont manipulables avec des gants (d’été). Mais la sécurité prime et l’Oregon sera donc plutôt réservé aux cyclistes ou aux promeneurs à pied d’autant que son alimentation par pile facilitera l’autonomie.

I just picked up this unit from Costco. The nuvi 1390 LMT has good reviews everywhere and by and large I agree with most of the positive appraisals of this model. Here, I’ll just focus on the negatives.
The area where the 1390 (and as I understand it, possibly the entire 13xx model line) falls short is that it does not permit the user to set a start point and end point in advance. Instead, the 1390 expects to navigate from its current physical location. So if for example, you plan to fly somewhere, and you want to plot the route from the Airport to a hotel, you can’t do this easily in advance. It’s not impossible, but to do it you must turn of the GPS receiver, locate your destination on the map, somehow locate the place you’re interested in, reset home, that location, locate an endpoint, then attempt navigation. I know I missed something here but this is something of the idea. In short, the interface is not designed to support the use of the device for planning future trips at a far away location. I understand that other Garmin devices do support this feature.
