you have to download the maps onto your computer from the garmin website, then you need to connect the gps to the computer via the USB cable that should've been provided with the package when you bought the GPS... but if not, then you can probably buy

I had my nuvi 205w for less than a year and one day it just died... Is there something I can do to fix it? Like a certain restart technique or a installation? it doesnt turn on at all...
and no it doesn't need to be charged
