I have just bought a Garmin Nuvi 760 and I am wondering how long I need to charge it to have a full charge, and if it charges when plugged into the wall or computer?

I purchased Garmin nuvi 760 at Costco. Went to register the unit at garmin.com and was told it was already registered. Was this a returned item?

Probably, take it back and demand another.
