Worked OK for about 3 weeks then stopped, there is no sound at all any ideas would be welcome

i have a RAC one, no idea if they are the same, my does that for no reason at all, in spite of the icon being ticked for voice,

any way i just hit the reset button on the back of the sat nav and all comes ok again for a few days or weeks

I want to buy my husband a GPS Christmas. I do not know whether to get the Garmin 360 or 370 it? I want to have the best traffic information, so we can avoid road congestion, but we do not need the map of Europe. I think maybe 370 would be a good choice, or 360 also has traffic information? Price difference of about $ 60.
