I have a Garmin 260W GPS, but I can't seem to get the device to speak the street names. I bought this unit on Ebay, and it's advertised to speak the street names. Would I have to configure the unit? If so, how would I go about getting my unit to speak

It should do that straight out of the box. Perhaps you have mute on.

On the first screen, press the "adjust" icon. The volume adjust slider should be 3/4 of the way up. There is a "Mute" / "UnMute" button.
