I have a Garmin Geko and I would like an easier way off managing the on-board waypoints other then having to constantly scroll through the menus and use the fiddly buttons and screen. I did have one at one point but a computer crash meant I lost the software!
Try this, works great for my Vista HCx

I have been using a Garmin Geko GPS for a few years to geocache. Lately it has been pretty wonky - and I can't blame it on where we are because it does it everywhere. It seems the arrow can't make a decision!
It also shuts itself off
This is a world of throw away devices. If you're having problems with yours you can pick up a new one for about $100 and it probably will work better and be more user friendly than the one you currently have.
It'd be terrible if you had
I bought a 605 for several reasons.
The first is by-turn directions turn.
What Garmin is vague, you step by step by step, you must purchase a $ 100 card, City Navigator cards.
Well, fine. Purchasing Card.
The first attempt to find out how to get there - you choose a home 25 miles from the target (not too difficult, as a test). The unit literally took 23 minutes to set the course. 23 minutes! Incredible. Because the browser only needs a few seconds. Once the equipment, the road has been announced, I realized that I held the Holland Tunnel (New York) and roads. Not exactly what I imagined, my first bike.
Well, maybe they do not work so well the line. Maybe I can for my computer line, and upload to create the device. Not. This is impossible. I looked at the manual. Did not help any responsibility. Joke, in fact. Online help? Ah
Visit Garmin's website. Download the manual. Try a good practice to connect to the camera how specific and detailed information. This is impossible....
MotionBased Agent translates GPS and heart rate data from the latest Garmin devices (Forerunner 201 and 301, Foretrex, eTrex, Geko, and GPSMAP) into performance analysis and mapping that is viewed on the Internet. After the MotionBased Agent extracts data from a GPS device, it automatically sends that information, pending an Internet connection, to the MotionBased Web site where users store, track, analyze, map, and share their activities online. MotionBased interprets GPS and data with complex algorithms to calculate time, distance, speed, and elevation metrics. To make sense of this data, MotionBased displays this information through charts, illustrations, reports, and maps.
Users can choose from a variety of maps to visualize their activity. Moreover, users can replay the experience using standard media controls as they watch themselves move along the mapped route. Version 2.1.1.3 streamlines the upload process making sure only the new activities are sent to the inbox
