What is a good running watch?

Hey, I want to buy a new running watch. I went through with the Nike plus system and the sports band and great accuracy, but I want something better. I think a more accurate, I guess GPS, the pace of the watch. I have been looking into 50 Garmin heart rate monitor and foot pad, because it is like $ 80 pioneer. I want to stay below $ 100 ... I should buy this watch, or is better and cheaper watch?

I use this watch mainly for strength training. However, IM is also a triathlete though the watch is not waterproof IM does not matter. For more specific, I tend to Garmin forerunner 405CX, Polar RS800CX, Polar FT80 (this is a relatively new addition to their line). Import and Export clueless when it comes to buying these watches....
