I just bought a Garmin Forerunner 405 and I want to do an interval workout without using the interval program. I mean I want to just start the timer and when I rest I hit the lap button, when I start again I hit the lap button. But I don't want my rest

press the pause button when you stop and the lap button while resting, start again the next intraval.

In my opinion it's not. I've had one for a couple of months and I don't even use it anymore. I find it very irritating to have a band on my chest all the time. A lot of the time it will fall off, if you make it tighter, it's very uncomfortable. It's also
