I am trying to connect my garmin forerunner 305 to my pc for some software updates. I have downloaded and installed the necessary driver. When i connect the device to my computer, windows recognizes that there is something there but can't find the driver

While running my heart hate is displayed on the Forerunner, using the HR monitor. After my run, however, how can I look up information regarding what my avg. HR was during the run, highest, lowest, etc? Please be as detailed as possible!

I'm confused. Just simply go to the history and view the workout that you did. It will show the avg/highest/lowest. You can also view everything on your computer if you download to it.

I am assuming that you did start and stop the Garmin
